Developing Cloud Strategies

SMB Cloud Partners will work with you to develop a cloud-centric IT strategy that aligns with and supports your organization's overall business strategy and objectives. This will include recommendations for pursuing cloud technology solutions where it makes sense for your organization, as well as, identifying areas where pursuing cloud technology solutions might not be advisable or practical.

In addition, we will work with you to prioritize the projects identified in your cloud strategy in order to get the biggest "bang for your buck" in the shortest timeframe possible. When working with you to prioritize your cloud projects, we will take into account both internal and external factors that have the greatest potential to impact your organization either positively or negatively.

The criteria we will consider when prioritizing projects will include the benefits of moving a specific function to the cloud such as cost savings, productivity increases, operational flexibility or competitive advantages. We will also take into account the status and availability of internal resources required for each project and the impact allocating these resources to the project will have on the organization. This will include an evaluation of the financial, operational and technical resources that will have to be made available in order to implement the project.
